Walt Disney World: Our Sixth Anniversary Trip: Magic Kingdom

We went and saved the best for last by going to Walt Disney’s Magic Kingdom on the final full day of our vacation, which of course so happened to be July 29, our anniversary date. This park is magical in every sense of the word and of the four down there, it’s definitely my true life favorite. Our day was perfect from start to finish and really and truly we had the best time celebrating six years of our marriage and over twenty-five years of our love.

While waiting in line to enter the Magic Kingdom we looked down and saw this Target sticker right where we stood. The irony and magic of this moment is that Melissa and I met Nancy and Kamber when the four of us worked at Target together! I knew in that moment this was a sign that our day, like our friendship, was going to be perfect!

He has no troubles, his life is the bubbles, under the sea.
Disney’s The Haunted Mansion is my absolute favorite attraction (now that Splash Mountain is currently no more) and the movie that came out this summer about the ride was phenomenal! Loved it so much that I’m quite eager to see it again!
When grim grinning ghosts come out to socialize.
Rapunzel’s Tower near a set of restrooms I used about four times that day.
This was taken on the new Tron Coaster and let me tell you what, I LOVED THAT RIDE! What an absolute rush! It was kind of short, but didn’t matter, it was so good I’d of rode it four more times – with or without the hour wait!
Our Disney PhotoPass Photographer really did us a solid by waiting for the coaster to rush by!
This photo is lowkey so awkward because most people have no clue it’s even happening, but being the Disney Adults that we are, we knew and prepared accordingly.
It rained so hard and for so long that we had to stand under this Jungle Cruise queue for quite a while before braving a run to our Skipper Canteen Restaurant in hopes of squeezing in for our reservations early.
This was some wild bread rolls that Melissa and Nancy ordered and they were super delicious!
I ordered this cake ahead of time as part of our anniversary celebration and when this came out with “Happy Birthday” atop it we all just about died. Our waiter was super quirky and eccentric, so we couldn’t tell if he had messed up or this was on purpose, but either way, we got quite the laugh out of it.
I cried about seven times in the fireworks show. It was just so magical.

As always, THANK YOU so much for viewing! I appreciate you greatly! Feel free to leave a comment below as I love reading and responding to them! I’ll return soon with an all-new non-Disney related blog, but until then, I wish you all, all the best!
